Cancellation Policy

Before your order is confirmed

An order placed on the website is only a request until we confirm it with you on WhatsApp. You can cancel it at any time before that — just tell us on WhatsApp, or do not confirm it.

After confirmation, before dispatch

Message us on WhatsApp as soon as possible. If the order has not been packed or shipped, we will cancel it and refund any amount paid in full.

After dispatch

Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled. Once you receive them, our return, refund and exchange policy applies.

Cancellation by us

Rarely, a design may be out of stock or a pincode may not be serviceable. In that case we will tell you on WhatsApp and refund anything you have paid in full.
