Shipping & Delivery Policy

This policy explains how orders placed with Prinkav Jewels are delivered.

Where we deliver

We deliver across India. If your pincode is not serviceable by our courier partners, we will tell you on WhatsApp before you pay.

Delivery time

Your order is packed after it is confirmed on WhatsApp. Delivery time: confirmed with you on WhatsApp when we confirm your order. Remote areas and festival seasons can take longer.

Delivery charges

Delivery charges, if any, are told to you on WhatsApp before your order is dispatched.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we share the courier name and tracking number on WhatsApp. You can also see it on Track My Order.

Packing

Every order is packed with padding, and glass bangles get extra protection. Please record an unboxing video — it makes any damage claim quick.

Wrong address or failed delivery

Please check your address and phone number at checkout. If a parcel returns to us because of a wrong address or because it could not be delivered, re-shipping may be charged.
