Orders

An order placed on the website, or sent to us on WhatsApp, is a request. A contract is made only when we confirm the order with you on WhatsApp. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock or a price was shown wrongly — and will refund anything paid in full.

Products and photos

We try to show every design accurately. Colours can look slightly different on different screens, and handcrafted pieces can vary a little from the photo. Product weights and sizes are approximate.

Prices

Prices are in Indian Rupees. The price confirmed on WhatsApp is the price you pay. Delivery charges, if any, are told to you before dispatch.

Payment

No payment is collected on this website. Payment is made as agreed on WhatsApp before dispatch.
