What makes kundan different

Kundan is a traditional way of setting stones in a gold-tone frame, often with coloured enamel (meenakari) on the reverse or sides. The stones are the focus, so kundan bangles are usually worn in a pair or as the centre of a stack.

Store each pair separately and avoid knocking them together — set stones can loosen with rough handling.

Questions about kundan bangles

Can kundan bangles be worn with other bangles?

Yes. A kundan pair looks best in the middle, with plain or velvet bangles on either side.

What if a stone comes loose?
